Today was a day full of emotions...fear, sadness, worry, relief, happiness... Through these different emotions the Lord provided us with strength, peace, comfort, joy and so much more. We were able to see him. The first visit was hard. Family that was with us went in to see him the second time (two of us can go in at a time). He was able to give them a thumbs up. They took his breathing tube out and he was aware and awake. Each time we saw him he was doing better. As we were saying our goodbyes he told us to sleep well. He is still thinking about us even as he experiences discomfort. As we were leaving the clinic I was taking the day in and so very thankful that God saw fit for us to be here. He is receiving such great care. I'm so very thankful and praise the Lord. Tomorrow will be a big day for him. Early in the morning they will have him sitting up and Lord willing by the afternoon He will be moved to step down (room he will be in for the rest of our stay here). I can honestly say that the Lord has provided for us in so many ways. The Lord is Jehovah Jireh!

The Lord our God, the Lord is one. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates. ~Deuteronomy 6:5-9
Amen Ana!!! So very thankful. Love the blog too. Love you all and will continue with prayers.
